Free browser tools
Our image and PDF utilities are designed to process selected files in your browser. Those files are not intentionally uploaded to UtilityHub servers by the tool itself. Your browser may still load application code, fonts and analytics resources required to operate the website.
Business workspace
When you create a workspace, we process account details such as your name, email address, organization name, membership and role. We store the business records you create, including customers, quotations, orders, jobs, reminders, comparison results and activity history.
Supplier files submitted for comparison are sent to our server and the configured AI provider for analysis. UtilityHub stores the resulting report and basic file metadata, but marks the raw supplier files for discard after processing. Completion-proof files are stored securely so authorized workspace members can retrieve them later.
Analytics and service records
We may collect page visits, feature interactions, device and browser information, approximate location derived from network information, and operational logs. We use this information to understand product usage, diagnose failures, protect the service and improve conversion journeys. We do not ask for advertising access to your uploaded business documents.
Service providers and disclosure
UtilityHub uses service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, analytics and AI processing. They receive only the information required to perform their service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the platform, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
We retain account and workspace records while the account is active and for a reasonable period required for recovery, security, legal or financial obligations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we use authenticated access, organization-level permissions and restricted service credentials to reduce risk.
Your choices
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Workspace owners are responsible for deciding what customer and team information they enter into UtilityHub.
