Simple rules for using UtilityHub.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and use UtilityHub only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the activity performed through your account and for ensuring that you have permission to upload or process each file.

UtilityHub helps organize documents, identify differences and prepare operational records. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and do not replace professional, legal, tax, engineering, procurement or financial advice. You must verify results against original documents before making a decision or sending material to another party.

Business OS prices are shown in Indian rupees and exclude applicable taxes. Payments are processed through Razorpay; UtilityHub does not accept manual UPI references. Access is activated only after the expected payment is verified server-side. Subscription periods, included seats, AI credits and product access are shown before activation.

If a payment is duplicated or access is not delivered, contact us with the transaction reference. Refund eligibility is reviewed based on whether the relevant credit or subscription period has already been used.

A paid-product trial lasts 14 days, requires no card and activates only the product selected during registration. Starting a trial does not authorize an automatic charge. AI usage beyond the included allowance is never billed silently.

Upgrades begin only after you explicitly approve the new plan and any required payment. Downgrades take effect from the next subscription period so that current paid access is not removed unexpectedly. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid period. Contact support if the workspace does not yet show a self-service plan-change control.

When paid access ends, UtilityHub may place premium product records in a read-only state. Workspace content remains recoverable for at least 30 days unless the owner requests earlier deletion. After that grace period, content may be deleted following notice. Billing, security and audit records may be retained longer when required for fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal obligations.

Do not use UtilityHub to distribute malware, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, impersonate others, bypass access controls, overload the service, or process content that is unlawful. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users or the service.

We work to keep UtilityHub reliable, but the service may change, experience interruptions or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, UtilityHub is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular commercial decision.
