What can I do in UX Lab?
You can learn practical UX principles, run interactive labs, check accessibility, plan research, audit a public page and save evidence to UX Projects. Paid workspace features add collaboration, history and grounded assistance.
Does UX Lab create one universal UX score?
No. It separates clarity, task completion, recovery, accessibility and trust so you can see what changed. Comparisons are made against earlier versions of your own project, not an unsupported industry average.
How does grounded UX guidance show uncertainty?
A grounded answer should include a direct recommendation, evidence source, confidence, trade-offs, accessibility implications, remaining assumptions and a suggested validation method.
Is there a free trial?
Paid Business OS and UX Lab plans begin with a 14-day selected-product trial. No card is required for the trial. Free Tools and the UX Lab Explorer experience remain free.
What are AI credits?
AI credits are a visible usage allowance based on the type of work. A short rewrite uses fewer credits than document extraction, a supplier comparison or a research-heavy report. The required credits are shown before an AI action runs.
Where do I sign in?
Use the global sign-in to choose an available workspace, /business/login for Business OS, or /design/login for UX Lab. /admin/login is reserved for UtilityHub administrators.
