The pack is intended for small civil, electrical, interiors, fabrication and maintenance teams. Start with the BOQ quotation or maintenance template, then adapt the scope and commercial terms to your work.
Does it automatically calculate quantities from drawings?
No. UtilityHub is not a CAD, BIM or automated quantity-takeoff system. You enter and review the quantities, rates and site assumptions. The quotation builder organizes those inputs into an editable commercial document.
Can I track partial payments and job costs?
The shared workspace includes invoice payment records and job costing. Record actual payments and costs so the figures reflect your work. Automatic card settlement depends on a separately configured payment provider; this pack alone does not activate it.
