What is UtilityHub?

UtilityHub combines free browser tools with focused software workspaces. You can finish a quick image, PDF, calculator or document task without an account, then use Business OS or UX Lab when the work needs to be saved, shared and tracked.

Getting started
Who is UtilityHub for?

Free tools are for anyone with a practical file or business task. Business OS is designed for small service businesses and field teams. UX Lab is for designers, product teams and people who need to audit and validate user experiences.

Getting started
Which UtilityHub product should I choose?

Choose Free Tools for a one-off task, Business OS for customers, quotations, jobs and invoices, or UX Lab for audits, accessibility checks, research plans and design evidence. You can add another product to the same account later.

Getting started
Do free tools require an account?

No. Public UtilityHub tools open without an account. An account is required only when you want a workspace to save records, collaborate with a team or use paid product features.

Free tools
Are the public tools really free?

Yes. The tools listed in the public tools directory are free to use. They do not start a subscription and do not ask for a card.

Free tools
Are my files uploaded to UtilityHub?

Image and PDF pages state how each tool processes files. Where a page says browser processing, the work happens on your device. Always check the privacy note on the specific tool before adding a sensitive file.

Privacy & security
Should I verify a downloaded result?

Yes. Open every downloaded file and confirm its dimensions, size, legibility and destination requirements. UtilityHub helps prepare a result but cannot verify the current rules of every external form or service.

What does Business OS replace?

Business OS reduces the need to track customers, quotations, jobs, proof, invoices and reminders across separate spreadsheets and message threads. It does not replace your accountant, bank or legally required tax system.

Business OS
What is the Business OS workflow?

The core journey is Lead → Customer → Quote → Approval → Order → Job → Completion proof → Invoice → Payment record. You decide which steps apply to each job.

Business OS
Which businesses can use Business OS?

The general workspace suits small service teams. Solar installer, contractor and accounting document-collection packs add tailored templates and starting workflows without creating a separate system.

Business OS
Can customers approve quotations?

Business OS includes customer-facing quotation review and approval flows. Your team remains responsible for checking scope, price, terms and any legal signature requirements before relying on an approval.

Business OS
Can UtilityHub collect card payments today?

Automatic global card checkout is not live yet. Launch subscriptions and payment records use controlled manual activation. UtilityHub will show the payment method and status clearly before any charge can occur.

What can I do in UX Lab?

You can learn practical UX principles, run interactive labs, check accessibility, plan research, audit a public page and save evidence to UX Projects. Paid workspace features add collaboration, history and grounded assistance.

UX Lab
Does UX Lab create one universal UX score?

No. It separates clarity, task completion, recovery, accessibility and trust so you can see what changed. Comparisons are made against earlier versions of your own project, not an unsupported industry average.

UX Lab
How does grounded UX guidance show uncertainty?

A grounded answer should include a direct recommendation, evidence source, confidence, trade-offs, accessibility implications, remaining assumptions and a suggested validation method.

UX Lab
Is there a free trial?

Paid Business OS and UX Lab plans begin with a 14-day selected-product trial. No card is required for the trial. Free Tools and the UX Lab Explorer experience remain free.

Pricing & billing
How does annual billing work?

Annual paid plans charge the equivalent of ten monthly payments for twelve months of access. AI allowances still reset monthly.

Pricing & billing
What are AI credits?

AI credits are a visible usage allowance based on the type of work. A short rewrite uses fewer credits than document extraction, a supplier comparison or a research-heavy report. The required credits are shown before an AI action runs.

Pricing & billing
Will extra AI usage be charged automatically?

No. UtilityHub does not silently charge for overages. When the monthly allowance is exhausted, the workspace must wait for reset or explicitly choose an available upgrade or add-on.

Pricing & billing
What currency are plans shown in?

Launch prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Calculator currency selectors are labels only and do not perform exchange-rate conversion.

Pricing & billing
Do I need a different account for each product?

No. One UtilityHub identity can access multiple product workspaces. Registration activates only the product you selected, and the workspace switcher appears when your account has access to more than one product.

Accounts & workspaces
Where do I sign in?

Use the global sign-in to choose an available workspace, /business/login for Business OS, or /design/login for UX Lab. /admin/login is reserved for UtilityHub administrators.

Accounts & workspaces
How do team permissions work?

Workspace actions are restricted by role. Owners and administrators manage configuration and people; operational roles act within their assigned work; viewers receive read-only access where available.

Accounts & workspaces
Can one business see another business’s data?

Workspace records are scoped to an organization and protected by product access and role checks. Users should still avoid sharing passwords and should remove team access when a person no longer needs it.

Privacy & security
How can I request account or data deletion?

Contact support@utilityhub.co.in from the account email and identify the workspace. UtilityHub will verify the request before changing or deleting account data.

Privacy & security
How do I contact UtilityHub?

Email support@utilityhub.co.in. Include the page, product or workspace involved and a short description of what you expected to happen. Do not send passwords, OTPs or sensitive identity documents by email.
