Business OS currently accepts India billing in INR through Razorpay. The launch discount applies to the first paid cycle, and access activates only after signed server verification of the expected captured payment. Available recurring methods depend on Razorpay and payer eligibility. Manual UPI references are not accepted.

No. UtilityHub does not silently charge for overages. When the monthly allowance is exhausted, the workspace must wait for reset or explicitly choose an available upgrade or add-on.

An upgrade begins only after you explicitly approve the new plan and any required payment. A downgrade takes effect at the next billing boundary so current paid access is not removed unexpectedly.

Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid period. Premium records may then become read-only and remain recoverable for at least 30 days unless the workspace owner requests earlier deletion. Billing, security and audit records may be retained longer where legally required.
