Outputs a white-background JPG that works with portals requiring the JPG or JPEG format.

UPSC preset included

The UPSC preset follows the published 350 × 350 minimum and keeps the file under 300KB.

Always check the notice

Recruitment portals can change requirements. Confirm the current notification before uploading.

Practical guidance

Use the result with confidence

Signature uploads commonly fail because whitespace, dimensions, format and file size are treated as separate requirements. Crop the signature closely, keep the stroke readable, then apply the requested pixels and maximum KB.

Before you finish

  • The signature is not stretched or clipped.
  • Fine strokes remain visible.
  • Dimensions, size and format all match the form.

Common uses

Recruitment forms

Prepare a signature for stated pixel and KB limits.

Exam applications

Create a clean digital copy from a scan or photograph.

Document workflows

Standardize a signature image without modifying the original.

Recommended workflow

  1. 1Use dark ink on clean light paper.
  2. 2Crop excess background around the signature.
  3. 3Enter the required dimensions and KB maximum.
  4. 4Download and verify that strokes remain continuous.

Questions

Why is my signature faint after compression?

A pale source or very low size limit can remove fine strokes. Start with higher contrast and crop unused whitespace.

Can I use a phone photo?

Yes, if it is evenly lit, in focus and cropped so the background does not consume most of the file.

Does UtilityHub store the signature?

No. Processing remains on this device.
